Out of all the anabolic/androgenic steroids, Trenbolone stands out. With the exception of Testosterone, no other steroid delivers the benefits that this powerful supplement brings to your stacking regimen. As a matter of fact, Trenbolone is seen by some to be the perfect performance enhancer: it has no rivals for increasing strength and adding mass, and is unmatched for physical conditioning in a visual sense. However, with Trenbolone’s dramatic results can come some rather harsh side effects. It’s important to ensure that you’re in good physical health before embarking on a cycle.
A Brief History of Trenbolone
Trenbolone was originally developed to bulk up livestock. Its first form was the Finaplix pellet, a subcutaneous implant pellet used by veterinarians to deliver the hormone in a direct, controlled dosage. Soon after, it was found to be an effective supplement for humans as well, and an injectable form of the hormone followed shortly. Since its creation, Trenbolone has established itself as a favorite in many circles, and remains so to this day. Putting side effects aside—knowing most can be mitigated anyway—it may very well be the most perfect steroid ever conceived.
Characteristic and Functions Trenbolone
Since Trenbolone is a 19-nor class of steroids it has an extremely high androgenic and anabolic rating. Testosterone is the standard for both these ratings, carrying a rating of 100/100 for each measure. Trenbolone delivers ratings that are 500/500. That is 5 times that of Testosterone, and is considered to be one of the most powerful androgenic anabolic steroids available. These numbers are obviously impressive, but they don’t really spell out exactly how it promotes androgenic and anabolic reactions in the body. Most of its qualities are very similar to other steroids’ effects, but they are simply more pronounced.
First, it significantly raises the body’s natural production of the anabolic hormone IGF-1. This is a crucial hormone that has an effect on almost every cell in the human body. It also binds strongly to the androgen receptors in the body, enhancing growth and causing fat loss. Trenbolone is one of only a handful of anabolic steroids that has such a dramatic effect on fat loss. It also has been known to dramatically enhances nutrient efficiency, or the body’s ability to absorb nutrients. This way, you derive the greatest value from every nutrient you consume, giving each meal added benefit. Trenbolone also promotes greater nitrogen retention in the muscles, increases in red blood cell count, and the blocking of glucocorticoid steroids (which destroy muscles and promote fat). Many other steroids do the same thing; Trenbolone just does it much more aggressively. Lastly, like many other steroids, Trenbolone can dramatically accelerate the body’s healing process, improving cellular regeneration and the body’s ability to improve through the healing process.
Three Variants of Trenbolone
There are three variants of this powerful anabolic hormone: Acetate, Enanthate, and Hexahydrobenzylcarbonate. The only differences between these 3 variants are half-lives and release times. All 3 are identical in terms of the main compound, Trenbolone. The main issue between these variants becomes convenience and the timing of injections. For example, the short-estered Trenbolone Acetate has to be injected more frequently, which makes it less convenient. However, it also has a much shorter half-life—24-48 hours—which makes it easier for the user to stop use and clear his system in the event of harsh side effects. Whereas its Enanthate variant has a half-life of 7-10 days, and Trenbolone Hexahydrobenzylcarbonate has a half-life of about 2 weeks.
